@georgetakei If he's still around (I don't believe he'll make 2028) he'll file to be on the ballot in primary elections for a third term, but many states will reject his name setting up SCOTUS to rule. I think they'll find their judicial spine and cojones to limit Trump's presidency at January 2029. They can't trash and burn the Constitution that badly to give Trump a dictatorship. JMO

@georgetakei 100% agree that he only leaves office in a ⚰️, whenever that happens. However, if he’s still in the White House on January 21st, 2028, the ritual by which that situation will be justified by those on the right could not rightfully be described as an “election”.
