@georgetakei This is more than just activism, their previous decision on gerrymandering explicitly called it a problem for Congress to solve, kicking the can down the road in order to help Republicans at the time. They now contradict themselves entirely, just to help Republicans. SCOTUS has abandoned rule of law entirely for partisan gain.
