One more investigation/prosecution that should get a few DOJ attorneys disbarred.

The court in the E. Jean Carroll case already examined the relevant testimony and found it credible. That means that any errors or omissions in it were not material or relied upon: they wouldn't fit the legal requirements for perjury.

This is more DOJ tilting at windmills, while unlawfully using the power of the state to wreak vengeance on someone who has irritated Trump.
